  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have already been processed for shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.

  • Refund for Canceled Orders: If you successfully cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund via your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Order Cancellation by Shopnex

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Out of Stock: If the product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Payment Issues: If there are issues with processing the payment.
  • Fraudulent Orders: If the order is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

In case of a cancellation from our side, we will notify you via email or phone and provide a full refund, if applicable.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Once the order has been processed and dispatched for shipping, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may be eligible to return the product after receiving it, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Late Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after the 24-hour window has passed but the order has not yet been shipped, we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order in this case.

5. Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
